・Factory operations may be suspended due to maintenance, etc.
・It is getting very hot inside the factory while it is in operation.
・The factory has 2 floors. There are no elevators, so you can go up and down the stairs.
・There are some things you can visit outdoors. If you are concerned about sunlight, please bring a parasol etc. Please bring rain gear when it rains.
・Walk on the raw soil. Please wear clothes that can get dirty.
・Since Echizen tiles are extremely hard, special tiles are prepared for tiling.
・We are not responsible for any injuries or the like caused by the experience.

1. 30 minutes of workshop sessions
After briefly explaining the outline and history of “Echizen roof tiles,” I will introduce the process from mixing clay to molding, drying, glazing, and firing to make the roof tiles.
This is an impressive factory tour where you can feel the size, sound, and heat.
2. Explanation of the tile-breaking experience 5 minutes
I will give a lecture on tips for breaking tiles. We also rent out uniforms. You will be asked to sign a statement of intent.
3. 10 minute tile splitting experience
You will be asked to unify your spirit and take on the challenge of breaking the roof. You can start the challenge with 1 card. As a guide, 10 cards for men and 5 cards for women.
The business offering the experience will reply to you within2days whether the reservation has gone through or not.
