■Chartered Cruise (Day 1 and 2: Fukuyama → Miyajima, Day 3: Miyajima → Hiroshima City)

・We make the decision to set sail 2 days prior to the embarkation date based on various factors such as weather conditions.

<Conditions for cancellation of operation>

1. When weather or sea conditions threaten to endanger the safe operation of the vessel

2. In case of natural disasters, fire, maritime accidents, vessel breakdowns, or other unavoidable circumstances

3. If there is an order or request from government authorities

4. When there is a danger associated with embarking or disembarking due to emergency evacuation of the vessel

5. In case of illness among passengers

6. Based on the judgment of the cruise company's operations manager

・Departures and returns may be delayed due to crowded pier conditions. Course changes, start and end times may also be affected by tide levels, weather conditions, river conditions, or river construction work.

・While seasickness medication may be available on board, we recommend passengers who are concerned to take it before boarding.

In the unlikely event of a charter cruise cancellation, we may arrange a 1-night, 2-day trip excluding both the charter cruise and overnight stay on board.

Omitting the itinerary for the first day, we offer the following alternative plan for the second day:

　Depart from Shin-Osaka Station to Hiroshima Station via Shinkansen

　Transfer by private car to travel to Kure

　Upon arrival, enjoy sightseeing in Kure

　Transfer to Miyajima by private car

If the cost required for implementing the trip decreases due to changes in the contract terms (offsetting cancellation fees, penalties, or other expenses already paid or to be paid for services not provided due to said changes), we will refund the difference.

■ Day 1: Shimanami Kaido Cycling

・Cycling routes will vary depending on the tour date, as the arrival/departure points of cruise ships change due to maritime conditions and regular ferry operations. We will adjust the best route accordingly for each tour day. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

■Chartered Cruise (Day 1 and 2: Fukuyama → Miyajima, Day 3: Miyajima → Hiroshima City)

• Please prepare for temperature differences at sea by bringing appropriate clothing for both cold and hot weather.

• As strong winds may occur during the voyage, we kindly ask you to refrain from using umbrellas.

• While seasickness medication may be available on board, we recommend taking it before boarding if you are concerned.

■ Day 1: Shimanami Kaido Cycling

Sporty casual attire (please avoid skirts or wide-legged pants that may get caught in pedals or bicycles), sneakers (sandals not allowed), towel

■Day 3: Mt. Misen Hiking

Hiking shoes (no high heels or sandals allowed), rain gear (for light rain), towel, backpack, 500ml or more beverage, insect repellent spray
