This is a course where you can experience Japanese culture, such as staying at Kaike Hot Spring, one of the most popular hot spring resorts representing the Chugoku region, and experiencing Zazen and Goen-Jizo making. You will visit places where you can feel the history, nature, and art of Japan in the Sanin region over two days.

・Zazen at Yasugi Kiyomizu Temple
Zazen is one of the training methods to sit with proper posture, calm the mind, and create a mind that is not disturbed or confused by anything.
・Goen-Jizo making at Daisenji Temple
You can make a Jizo, which has been revered as a Buddha that saves all living things, and take it home as a souvenir.

・Visit Yasugi Kiyomizu Temple, which has a history of over 1,400 years, and enjoy a lunch of vegetarian cuisine based on Buddhist teachings that do not use meat or fish.
・We will guide you to Daisenji Temple, which has a history of about 1,300 years and flourished to the point of having more than 100 temples and more than 3,000 monk soldiers at its peak.- [Nature]
・Tottori Hanakairo, the largest flower park in western Japan, is located in an excellent location with a view of Daisen, a beautiful peak with an altitude of 1,709m. Enjoy the flowers of each season in the beautiful natural environment.
