・Every Tuesday and the last Friday of every month is the library closed above the clouds, so only the exterior can be visited.
・If the facility is temporarily closed, etc., you may not be able to visit.
・You will need to drive to the gallery above the clouds, but please do so by yourself.
・A separate fee will be charged when entering the historical and folklore materials in front of the first Yusuhara-cho General Government Building.
