• Participation conditions are those who are over 5 years old and over 110cm tall. If you do not meet all the conditions, you will not be able to participate.
• Please follow the staff's instructions when participating in the program.
• The program may be canceled without notice due to weather, dolphin conditions, etc.
• Those with heart disease, respiratory disease, asthma, seizures, etc., those who are pregnant, those who have drunk alcohol before participating, and those who do not meet the requirements are not allowed to participate in the program.
• We cannot guarantee accidents or injuries during the program.
• You will be asked to sign a written pledge (disclaimer) when participating in each program. If you are a minor, confirmation from a parent or guardian is required.
• You may be responsible for the cost of damage to property due to customer carelessness.
• Please manage your valuables yourself or leave them to a staff member. We are not responsible for any theft.
• If you are 15 minutes or more late for the meeting time, please contact the facility.
• If you are late for the program start time, it will be treated as a cancellation. You can join in the middle, but the end time will not change. Also, payment fees will not be refunded.
