Limited to 1 group per day! Take home one matcha bowl of your choice! Tea ceremony experience at “Mikawachi,” an artistic white porcelain that shines with craftsmanship (lunch, city walk included) activity

Bokun ID:
932570
Product Code:

Mikawachiyaki Sarayama is located in Sasebo City, Nagasaki Prefecture. The techniques of Mikawachi ware, which are so precise that you can't think of them as ceramics, are created by craftsmanship cultivated over 400 years of history. Even today, vessels in which craftsmen put pictures one by one with their brushes are daily necessities, yet they look like works of art.

Choose your favorite dish from the matcha bowls made by the 16th generation Mikawachi Pottery, enjoy the Urasenke tea ceremony hospitality with that bowl, and take it home after the tea ceremony. This is a plan that includes the equipment fee in the trial fee.

After the tea ceremony experience, we will have lunch and walk around the town of Mikawachi Sarayama for about 1 hour, guided by the 16th generation of Gassen Pottery.

This is a premium lunch packed with authentic Japanese cuisine, will be served in a jubako stacked lunch box made of Mikawachi ware.

(If you don't like Japanese food, please let us know when making a reservation)

In this plan, the tea ceremony experience will be carried out in an indoor tea room.
