• A local interpreter guide will accompany you and carefully guide you through the history and culture of Otsu-juku and “Otsu-e.”
• At the “Otsu Painting Art Museum” in the precincts of Enman-in Temple, you can appreciate a variety of Otsu paintings from the Edo period to the present day. Also, visit the Shinden, which is a nationally designated important cultural property.
• An experience program where you can finish an original work while learning how to draw Otsu paintings (even beginners can participate with confidence).
• Lunch is medicinal vegetarian cuisine with a beautiful “Otsu-e” motif.
• You can visit the only existing “Otsu Painting Art Shop” in the city and appreciate and buy works that continue to preserve traditional techniques (souvenirs included).
• At Nakamachi Shopping Street, you can feel the atmosphere of a former post town with the guidance of a guide (*The day of your visit is adjusted depending on store business conditions).
• While enjoying the specialty “Miidera Chikaramochi” at the main store, you can also enjoy the Otsu  Painting Art Gallery.
