For all other segments, you will be responsible for managing your own schedule.

The 'Setouchi Triennale 2025' will be held for a total of 107 days:
・Spring: From Friday, April 18, 2025, to Sunday, May 25, 2025, for 38 days
・Summer: From Friday, August 1, 2025, to Sunday, August 31, 2025, for 31 days
・Autumn: From Friday, October 3, 2025, to Sunday, November 9, 2025, for 38 days
However, even outside the official period, outdoor exhibitions and permanent installations can be enjoyed. We will carefully select the best artworks to visit depending on the time of your visit, so please note that there may be changes to the listed visit locations in the itinerary. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

We make sailing decisions 3 days prior to the boarding date based on weather forecasts and other information.
<Conditions for Cancellation>
1. When weather or sea conditions pose a risk to safe navigation
2. In the event of natural disasters, fires, maritime accidents, vessel malfunctions, or other unavoidable circumstances
3. Upon orders or requests from governmental authorities
4. When docking or disembarking poses a danger due to emergency evacuation of the vessel
5. In case of passenger illness

・Departures and returns may be delayed due to pier congestion. Course changes, start and end times may also be affected by tide levels, weather conditions, river conditions, and river construction work.
・While seasickness medication may be available on board, we recommend taking it before boarding if you are concerned.

In the unlikely event of a charter cruise cancellation, we may arrange alternative transportation, such as travel by large ferry.
If the cost required for implementing the trip decreases due to changes in the contract terms (offsetting cancellation fees, penalties, or other expenses already paid or to be paid for services not provided due to said changes), we will refund the difference.

Please refrain from consuming ‘natto’ before the tour as lactic acid bacteria and yeast are very sensitive to natto bacteria.
■ Day 3: Mt.Shiude
Mt.Shiude is renowned for its cherry blossoms. The typical blooming periods is from late March to Early April.
However, flowering times may vary depending on weather conditions and temperatures. Please be aware of this in advance.
