●Suyunji Temple

Tenmokuzan Seiunji Temple is a Zen temple founded by Narikai Honjo in the 4th year (1348). On the slope of Urayama, there is a garden built by Narikai Osho using pristine rocks.
It is also the temple that Takeda Katsuyori, who was chased by Oda Nobunaga, aimed for at the end of his life. It is also famous as the birthplace of soba cutlets.

●Togusa-an

“Soba Kaido Togusa-an” is located close to Tenmokuyama Seiunji Temple, which is said to be the birthplace of soba cutting.
Soba making is carried out by hand, with thorough attention to ingredients and milling, and the entire process is carried out by hand. You can enjoy the smooth texture and texture of soba by milling using a “Koshu mortar,” which can be finely ground without impairing the flavor, aroma, and nutritional value of soba.
