[What to bring]

[Precautions and others]
■Clothes that come into contact with rocks, such as long-sleeved shirts on the top and tights on the bottom, should be quick-drying clothes that do not expose the skin. If you're not ready, a jersey is fine. As a general rule, run up so that your body does not get wet.
■The temperature is not much different from flatlands in the Ume area of Saiki City, Oita Prefecture, so it is suitable for the outdoors, and you can have one at home.
