The lecture will cover the current situation where more than 90% of Japan's racehorses are slaughtered, the positive effects of riding horses on the body and mind, and the return of horse manure to the fields of Awaji, as well as the concept of balancing human health with the health of animals and ultimately the earth.

First you will be matched to your partner horse based on your experience and physique. Once that is settled, you will move on to the stable and begin to learn about your horse’s personality through caring for them

Leaving the stable, you will be guided through a vast expanse of land surrounded by flower fields. Participants will enjoy the extraordinary healing experience of walking on horseback in the wilderness and learn about the efforts of the natural cycle. One stand-out is the use of horse manure as compost for the farmlands and flowerbeds. Finally, through horseback riding without the assistance of an instructor, participants will experience the difficulty of communicating beyond language and a sense of accomplishment.
