Inheriting the history of the Japanese restaurant “Somaya,” which represents Sakata, which continued for about 200 years from the Edo period, we are currently preparing “Somaro,” which is a registered tangible cultural property of the country, “limited to one group per day,” and can be reserved for private use.
You can experience “The OZASHIKI Culture” that Minato Town Sakata protects and conveys, such as performance lessons with Sakata Maiko, and after the lesson, you can enjoy specially designed “Kitamae Cuisine” along with watching Sakata Maiko's dance kperformances and playing in the zashiki room.
There is also an optional kimono dressing experience by Sakata Maiko, where you can experience dance lessons in a kimono.

・Since it is a historic wooden building, stairs are used when moving
within the building, There are no barrier-free elevators, etc.
