■About the day

Please come to Ayameda Beach in Shichigahama Town, Miyagi Prefecture at least 15 minutes before your reservation time.

There will also be reception, experience explanations, etc., so please come early.

You may have to wait due to conditions or other reasons, so be sure to arrive with plenty of time.

■About the weather

Paragliders may not be able to fly depending on conditions.

Depending on the weather, it may be canceled locally or the day before.

Conditions are strictly checked to ensure the safety of our customers.

The day before, we checked the latest weather information and announced the schedule of the event.

Please check by phone (090-8255-9187, Yamaya in charge) after 18:30 the day before the scheduled experience date.

Also, even on the day of the event, you may not be able to experience it at the time you have reserved depending on the weather.

■About cancellations

If you want to change the details of your reservation, please contact us and we will respond. If you cancel due to your convenience, please follow our cancellation policy. It's 30% 2 days ago, 50% the day before, and 100% on the day. Also, if you are booking from a ticket company, please follow their cancellation policy. However, of course, there is no cancellation fee for cancellations due to our circumstances or cancellations due to weather reasons when we determine that the event is difficult.

*If the customer unilaterally determines the weather and cancels, it is subject to the cancellation policy.

■About clothes and rental items

Please wear long sleeves/long pants as much as possible when participating in the experience. It's cold in the sky, so please bring a jacket. This does not apply during the hot summer months. (In the unlikely event of a fall, you may get abrasions, etc.) Please wear athletic shoes when participating.

We offer free rental of outerwear and sports shoes, so feel free to use them.

We also rent smartphone cases for those who shoot in the air. It is usually 500 yen, but we can lend it to you for free with the prescribed simple procedure. If you are interested, please let us know at the time of reception.

■About the experience venue

The paraglider experience with an engine will be held at Ayameda Beach in Shichigahama-cho, Miyagi-gun.

The landmark is the “SoftCream Nana” trailer house.

This is a parking lot in the town park, so you can park freely outside of the swimming season (mid-July to late August). (There is a charge during the swimming period)
