There is a gallery and cafe on the north side (road side), and a garden room with a treadmill and electronic organ on the south side (garden side), making it a space that can be used for practice, workshops, solo exhibitions, and parties with friends. Also, on the 2nd to 4th floors, in addition to 21 unique private rooms, large and small, they are also fully equipped with kitchens and shower rooms. In addition to living as a share house, we designed a space where women with various purposes, regardless of age, can spend a lively time in their own way, such as an atelier for creating works and a work room for remote work. On the open roof, while admiring the greenery and calm cityscape of the neighboring Kyoto Gyoen Garden, they hold a tea party in the sky, and watch okuribi in the summer. Okayama

Mountain Castle in the Sky: Learn about the history of Bitchu Matsuyama Castle up to the present day Shiroyama Walking ¥10,800 etc.

Bitchu Matsuyama Castle is located at the northern end of Takahashi city in northwestern Okayama prefecture, on Mt. Gaeushi at an altitude of 480 meters. There are 12 castles with castle towers left all over the country, but among them, only Bitchu Matsuyama Castle takes the form of a “mountain castle,” and it is widely known as the only existing mountain castle in Japan. Although the exterior looks like three layers, along with the castle tower, which is a highlight of the two-story, two-story structure, the double turret and part of the earthen wall also still exist and are designated as important cultural properties of the country. In the Kamakura period, a fortress was built on Mount Omatsu on Mount Gagyu, and it spread throughout Mount Gayu with the times, but what is now commonly called “Bitchu Matsuyama Castle” is the castle tower that remains on the summit of Mt. Komatsu. It can be seen that the role changed from a “medieval castle for battle” to an “early-modern castle equipped with a castle tower and stone walls” over a long history. The trip began in Bitchu-Takahashi, which has the atmosphere of Little Kyoto. It is also easily accessible, about 30 minutes by express or express train from Okayama Station on the JR Hakubi Line and about 20 minutes from Kurashiki Station. [Points of this tour] ■Safe and comfortable chartered taxis Enjoy a private moment in a chartered taxi. Although it is a short distance trip, we welcome you without having to wait because it involves a reservation. We will comfortably pick you up and drop you off to inconvenient places with poor traffic conditions and help you with efficient sightseeing. ■Dig deep into the history of Bitchu Matsuyama Castle A tourist guide will guide you through the historic sites of medieval castles scattered further inland than the typical castle tower of Komatsuyama Castle. ■Lunch with local ingredients Lunch at Takahashi's long-established restaurant “Uotomi” using seasonal ingredients such as Takahashi's specialty tomatoes, Takahashi River ayu, and Bicchu beef [Local acceptance support] Guidance and support will be provided in Japanese. Votive plaque making and dedication experience using Heisenji cedar ~ Tour Hakusan Heisenji Temple with the guide and plant cedar trees ~ ¥6,000 etc.

“A practical value program that contributes to environmental conservation by utilizing 'cedar' which is essential to protect and increase the rich 'moss' of Heisenji Temple” At Heisenji Hakusan Shrine, cedar trees that have fallen due to wind and snow damage are processed as “votive plaques.” That's where I put my wishes and thoughts. I will carry the votive plaques I have drawn up and tour the precincts with the guidance of a Japan Heritage official guide. After visiting the main hall while touching the deep history, I will dedicate the votive plaque I wrote once. Finally, branches and leaves that block sunlight have disappeared due to fallen trees, and saplings grown in the precincts are planted to cure moss that has become rough. The next time you visit, you may come across “the cedar you planted.”                                   [Regarding barrier-free access] People with walking disabilities can also participate [Contact Information] JTB Co., Ltd. Okayama

Setouchi Art Naoshima Private Day Tour ¥192,000 etc.

Naoshima, an island in the Seto Inland Sea, is well known as one of the main venues of the Setouchi Triennale, held every three years. The entire island is filled with contemporary art, including museums, the Art House Project that utilizes traditional homes, and outdoor installations. Enjoy the unique fusion of tranquil Seto scenery and modern artworks, guided by a knowledgeable tour guide.≪Chichu Art Museum≫Most of the buildings are buried underground so as not to damage the beautiful scenery of the Seto Inland Sea, and works by Claude Monet, James Turrell, and Walter De Maria are permanently installed in a building designed by Tadao Ando. Although it is built underground, natural light shines in, and the expression of the art work and space changes moment by moment throughout the day and throughout the four seasons. This museum was created by the artist and architect colliding ideas with each other, and the entire building can be said to be a huge site-specific work.≪Benesse House Museum≫Based on the concept of “symbiosis between nature, architecture, and art,” it opened in 1992 as a facility integrating an art museum and a hotel. Built on a hill overlooking the Seto Inland Sea, the building has a structure that brings the island's nature into the interior through a large opening, and was designed by Tadao Ando. In addition to exhibiting works from the collection, such as paintings, sculptures, photographs, and installations, site-specific works created by artists for the location are permanently installed. Together with site-specific works scattered inside and outside the museum, such as works facing Naoshima's nature or inspired by architecture, we have created a rare place where nature, art, and architecture are fused.≪Naoshima New Museum of Art ≫Opened on May 31, 2025, the Naoshima New Museum of Art is the 10th facility on Benesse Art Site Naoshima designed by Tadao Ando. The building blends harmoniously with the island’s natural landscape, and inside, visitors can enjoy contemporary Asian art by renowned artists. With a design that emphasizes natural light and material textures, the architecture itself becomes a work of art. A café overlooking the Seto Inland Sea offers a peaceful spot to relax while taking in the tranquil scenery. Unlike other facilities on Naoshima, this museum focuses on collaboration with the local community, aiming to serve as a cultural hub rather than just a tourist destination.≪Art House project≫The Art house project is a project developed in the Naoshima/Honmura area. The scattered vacant houses have been renovated, and artists have created works on the space itself while incorporating time and memories from when people lived there. The works scattered around the area will be appreciated while strolling through Honmura, where people still live today. Another characteristic of this project is that various episodes have been created through encounters between visitors and residents that unfold in the living area. This organic initiative, which was an opportunity to propose a new form of community born as cities and regions, young people and the elderly, residents and visitors interact, continues to evolve while changing day by day.≪Price (Per Group)≫ Prices vary depending on the number of participants: 2 people: ¥192,000 (¥96,000 per person) 3 people: ¥255,000 (¥85,000 per person) 4 people: ¥304,000 (¥76,000 per person) 5 people: ¥345,000 (¥69,000 per person) 6 people: ¥360,000 (¥60,000 per person) 7 people: ¥378,000 (¥54,000 per person) 8 people: ¥392,000 (¥49,000 per person) ※Booking Deadline: Two weeks before the tour date This is a request-based tour. A confirmation email will be sent once your reservation is finalized. Full payment is required at the time of the booking request. [Guided Tour] Strolling & Experience Tour to Enjoy Nakayama Senmaida and the Rural Kabuki Stage ¥8,800 etc.

This tour product was selected as a “Special Award” at the “2nd Sustainable Travel Awards”. About the “2nd Sustainable Travel Awards”   A walking experiential tour that can only be experienced in the Nakayama district of Shodoshima, with the theme of “The Four Seasons of Nakayama Senmaida Surrounding the Water.” You can walk around Nakayama Senmaida, tour the inside of the Nakayama rural Kabuki stage and tool sheds that are not usually open to the public, and experience the beautiful nature of the Nakayama area, history and culture that spans over 400 years, and rice cultivation in rice terraces. For lunch, you can enjoy the “rice terraced rice ball teishoku,” which makes use of rice from Nakayama Senmaida and ingredients from Shodoshima at the hugely popular Komame Diner. The real thrill of the tour is not only a local guide, but also meeting local people and deepening exchanges while visiting Nakayama Senmaida. Dates: Every Saturday and Sunday from February to December 2025 (check the calendar for tour dates) ① Local meeting plan fee: 8,800 yen (tax included) What is included in the price (lunch fee, guide fee, travel accident insurance) ② Tonosho Port Group Plan Fee: 13,800 yen (tax included) What is included in the price (taxi fare from Tonosho Port to Mount Yubenyama in Nakayama Senmaida, lunch fee, guide fee, travel accident insurance) Recruitment staff: 6 (Minimum number of participants: 2) ※The minimum number of participants for this tour is 2 people. If the total number of customers who have applied is less than 2, the event may be canceled and the reservation may be canceled. Please be aware. *If a group of 7 or more people would like to participate, please contact us using the contact information below. Application deadline: 23:59 3 days before the implementation date Tour conductor: not accompanied (guide will accompany) Meal conditions: Meals included (lunch) [Regarding barrier-free access] ・Wheelchairs cannot be used ・People with walking disabilities cannot participate ・People with visual impairment cannot participate [Comments from participants] ★ From “Shibamaru” It's a tour where you can “talk to local people and get to know the area” that you can't get from sightseeing where you can “just look at it from the outside.” The guides are friendly and will show you a lot of things. The story is about historical mysteries engraved on stone statues I heard at Mount Yubune Temple, behind-the-scenes scenes of Kasuga Shrine and rural kabuki, which can only be entered on a tour, and watching stage equipment and props up close. It was a blink of an eye. The rice balls at Komame Diner, which you can enjoy while talking with the guide after walking through the rice terraces, are also exceptional. It's a luxurious time to hear from the people living there about the culture that has been preserved in the region!” [Recommended points] 1) View of the entire Nakayama Senmaida from the grounds of Yubuneyama Renge-ji Temple. You can hear a lot about the origin and secret stories of Nakayama Senmaida. 2) While enjoying the natural landscape of Senmaida, which changes with the seasons and time of spring, summer, and fall, you can experience its activities and the lives of local people. 3) This is the only tour where you can visit the Nakayama rural Kabuki stage and tool shed, which are not usually open to the public. 4) “Komame Diner” popular rice ball set meal in rice terraces. This is a special plan where you can have a picnic at the pier on a rural Kabuki stage on a clear day, and relax at the Komame Diner on a rainy day and enjoy delicious food. 5) With guidance from a local guide who is familiar with not only Nakayama but also Shodoshima, you can experience the unique charms of Shodoshima in a more enjoyable and interesting way. Become a samurai in the land of the Kikuchi Clan ~ Armor Wearing Experience ~ ¥6,600 etc.

About a thousand years ago, the Kikuchi family, the largest ruling family in Kyushu, made their name known. From the latter half of the Heian period to the Muromachi period, they struggled as loyal vassals of the Imperial Court from generation to generation, and even if they were in a disadvantageous position, it has been handed down as a family that went all the way through without bending their beliefs. Enjoy the armour wearing experience as if you were an ambitious Kikuchi clan warlord. Once you've put on your armor, feel free to take pictures and take a walk. As a photo spot, we have prepared a camp indoors. Also, if the weather is good, shooting in the park is possible. The spot where you can take pictures with the trees at the foot of Kikuchi Shrine in the background seems to have traveled back in time. Please enjoy feeling like a samurai to your heart's content.

Osaka

Nostalgic Osaka walk, totally different from Dotonbori (visiting retro townhouses and cafes and general stores in back alleys) ¥5,500 etc.

Nostalgic OSAKA remains in this region, which escaped the flames of World War II. The Karahori area is about a 20 minute walk from downtown Dotonbori, but the atmosphere is completely different. You can enjoy the other side of Osaka. And the guide, Chieko, is a local. I also do Korean。 There are many maze-like alleys and townhouses left in the Karahori area.
